Dual tower CPU fans and RAM clearence

I decided to use dual tower cpu fan for a 6800k CPU since it runs a bit hotter than the skylake CPUs. I'm a little worried about clearance for my RAM which will rest right under it. I know you can move the fans a bit to make more space, but I don't want to buy all this stuff to find out it won't fit on my motherboard. Is there an easy way to find out if it will fit? Here are my choices for the fan and RAM

6800k actually runs pretty damm cool at stock speeds, cooler then the K series Skylake chips. The low stock frequency, corresponding low voltages, large die surface and a soldered IHS vs the crappy TIM intel uses on mainstream all help go a long way to helping in this regards. Its when you start cranking up the overclock high and corresponding voltages do things get warm.

Height wise the LED version is 49 mm and the phanteks has a movable front fan so can be adjusted to get the kit in. really LPX kits would work better with dual air tower, but front fan can be moved up provided your case is deep enough. Yeah I was worried about the temps during overclocking. I wanted to keep the LED RAM for aesthetics but if I get that fan, you won't be able to see them anyways so I could go with the LPX. Do you think getting a dual tower fan is worth it if you aren't planning on OCing that much?

I bought a full tower case so the fan should fit no problem.

Have you purchased the ram yet?

The only thing I've purchased is my case (Phanteks Enthoo Luxe). I'll be buying everything else in the next month.
