This is a decent improvement upon your list. If you could stretch your budget to $450, I would recommend getting the 1050ti.

The HDD is a 2TB, so you could reduce it to 1TB if you want to stick right to $400.

This is a good build, but with $50-60 dollars you could grab a RX 470 and be gaming at high @1080p. The amount of improvement from $400-$500 is worth the investment IMO.

Nice job putting this together for under $400 try not to skimp too much on powers supplies - it will come back to haunt you later.

saying that after playing around i have this setup: AMD Athlon X4 845 CPU Cryorig C7 Cooler Asus A68HM-K Motherboard 8GB (2x4GB) Mushkin Stealth 1600Mhz DDR3 RAM Segate Barracuda ES 1TB Hard Drive EVGA Geforce GTX1050Ti 4GB SC Video Card Cougar Spike Case Antec VP450W PSU

That all comes in at $409 with rebates, the 1050Ti is def worth the extra over the 750Ti. If you can stretch another $20 i would look at getting the AMD 880K CPU And don't forget you'll need to buy your OS if you're using Windows
