I am trying to build a CADD workstation and I know some of the stuff on my list is a little much for what i actually need. Im pretty set on the CPU but everything else is up for debate.

Any cheaper options for motherboards/ SSD's that are cheaper but wont sacrifice performanc

Cheaper mobo: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/Qcqbt6/gigabyte-motherboard-gax99sli#viewImages

no point in getting a high end mobo if you dont need its features.

As for the ssd, go with something like the samsung 960 Evo and hope it doesnt explode
