PCI-E Riser Card

Does anyone know if there is such thing as a 90 degree clockwise PCI-E riser card that would make the the fan of a GPU show out the side window? All the ones I've found are counterclockwise and therefore show the backplate.

lian li and thermaltake do riser cards. Use a Lian li one myself and gpu shows out the window. What riser cards have you been looking at thus far because most will show the fans out the side rather then backplate.

I live in UK, and a quick search for US sites suggests its low on stock. Keep an eye out for that or similar as when I do a search keeps linking to UK sites mostly.
