I agree with mark, amd is a bad choice atm due to am3+ being basically dead now, there's no upgrade path going forwards (their next gen cpus due in the new year are not compatible) and an intel build will cost around the same while providing better performance atm and offering cpu upgrades through to 2018.

Added a ssd for quicker boot and loading times and upgraded the psu to gold efficiency as that will save you money in the long run vs a bronze unit.

Case is supplied with 2 exhaust fans which will give negative case pressure so you'll be drawing dust in through all the little gaps and cracks, move 1 fan to the front, and maybe add another there too for 2 in 1 out, to give yourself neutral/positive case pressure to help keep dust out :D

Drop the ssd initially if you need to reduce budget.
