Im hoping to be able to play war thunder, arma 3 and bf1 at high settings 60 plus with out putting a big dent in my wallet will this do?

A 1050ti for $239? That is WAY too overpriced for it. You could buy a GTX 1060 6gb or RX 480 4/8gb for that price instead and it'd be a huge improvement.

Oh my mistake. In the past when I bought a core I3/I5 I got a stock cooler included so you don't need that aftermarket cooler. Otherwise your build is looking pretty good. You'll be able to play modern games at 1080p60+fps on medium-ultra. Canada's got some high prices compared to the U.S holy ****

If you want to start buying parts however, I'd suggest waiting for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals as those deals can potentially save you even HALF of your total costs if your lucky. And if not, they can save you a good amount of money
