http://pcpartpicker.com/list/nYh3m8 my budget is 300-400 $ (I'm from Latvia so prices differ) I need a case. I want the case to be as small as possible. And what should I change in the build if needed?

Look for these types of cases: mITX, micro ITX, and HTPC. Some 'cube' cases are called 'micro ATX' (e.g. Cooler Master 110, Thermaltake V1).

I'm getting out of budget already. The 'cubes' are way overpriced in Latvia. If my mobo is mATX can it fit in the mITX box? And what are HTPC's?

Yes they aren't cheap and there is a horrible selection.

Study the product page mATX should be listed as the form factor.

HTPC is a type of case similar to a DVD player.
