I want to be able to do some heavy gaming, but I also want to do the very occasional video editing,which is why I'm not going with the i7.
I would definitely recommend getting a SSD if you can afford it, it will be much faster than a HDD, and will load everything really fast, a 120gb should be fine with a 2TB HDD. I'm sure everyone else will recommend it as well.
Yeah, I just had one laying around and I forgot to add it to the list, I updated the list some http://pcpartpicker.com/list/nKfmFd I also went the Mid ATX route because that case was super expensive.
why no ssd? it makes your pc so much faster man.
I have an extra 240GB SSD laying around from another computer I no longer use, I'm planning to use that, but I forgot to add it to the list

It's fine for me since I'll be adding a 2TB HHD for mass storage, so it doesn't matter to me
