I would have to say either go for this GTX 1050, or this GTX 1060 GPU, they sit well within your price point, and offer solid performance at 1080p. You might want to take a look at some of the other cards in the line up, but those should be more then plenty to play the games you listed at 1080p coming from the green side.

To be honest, you are not aiming at the right parts for your goals.

Unless you plan onstreaming/recording, you dont need an i7. Even if you were, you should aim at the i7-6700 instead which is more recent and would be plenty for you as none of the games you mentionned are CPU intensive enough to demand more.

For those games, the RX 470 would be a good match and I would recommend a better case as well for your PC.

My friend has this processor and he does everything that I want to do, and I would rather not have to upgrade soon so I went with this.

My overall budget is like 900$

maybe just a little over that.
