I think this would be plenty for a non gamer, I use this processor for gaming so It would be perfect. Lowered the psu cause that was way to much.

Agree to an extent. The whole thing doesn't really need 550W either, so there's some money saved.

I know that you said she likes the look of the motherboard, but she doesn't need a Z170 chipset motherboard if she's going with a locked CPU. There's money to be saved there, too.
