Running a 1070 and 970 off 750watt gold psu?

SO I recently picked up a gtx 970 on the cheap to add into my workstation that doubles as a mining rig when I'm not using it.

So we're looking at a i7 5820k, gtx 1070 and gtx 970

I've also calculated it on other wattage calculators and they actually recommended a 750watt psu to run this system

Load Wattage: 605 W Recommended PSU Wattage: 655 W

I won't have anything overclocked because I don't want too much extra heat. Obviously a bigger psu would be ideal, but should this work without issues?

750w should be fine.

If you want to be on the safe side, 850w is more then enough.
