Mount cooler to the top or front?

gamepupsdad

Trying to decide where I want to mount this cooler....The case comes with 3 rgb sp120 fans in the front, and I have 3 more sp120 fans to add...2 on top and one rear exhaust... From what I've checked it will fit top or front of the case, even with Corsair Vengeance LED RAM sticks the clearance up top should be ok...Personally I think it "looks" better mounted behind the top 2 fans in the front...but this is my first build.

Suggestions??? Advice??? Orientation??? Something Im not aware of???

Thanks in advance!

Doesn't really matter. Most will try top first. But if that doesn't work just put it in the front. Or just do what you like really ;)

As enrico said, doesn't really matter. I used to think pulling into the case would be bad but you can look up tests where they've shown it doesn't really make a difference temperature-wise. I have my AIO set as an intake personally, just because I knew I could fit it there (thick rad & push+pull fans).
