How many Watts should I use?

Will my system run more efficient with a lower wattage or should I cover myself for future builds by going up? It's a $25 difference between the 550watt and the 650watt EVGA G2 for me to purchase. The list here isn't accounting for peripherals like keyboard/mouse, monitors (might do multiple), the 200mm fan my case comes with, etc etc. I want to make sure I have room to OC everything as well. I want to make sure I have enough head room for future expansion, will the 550 be enough? In case I change anything (like itx to matx or atx in the next few weeks) I want to make sure I bought the right PSU as I'm buying it on sale before a few of my other parts.

Your system will use around 250W on stock. 300W max when OCed. Just get the 550W. Or if you want to crossfire later on get the 650W.
