me planned psu for oc-ing my i5 7600k to 20-30% higher, is 650 w psu enough?? other parts still basic tho( gpu, ssd, hdd etc) pcpartpicker state on my build wattage breakdown 450-ish W~ *yeah bad english, sorry

Assuming you have a current gen GPU from either side and its not a Titan XP and not a bunch of HDD's or Delta fans or anything else not in your typical gaming build even 550 or even 450W would be plenty for overclockings so yes, 650W is more than enough.

so say i go for xfx xtr 550w for the budget and the rest it go for single gpu only. is it enough?

for any ordinary single-gpu setup 550W is more than enough
