I need a good motherboard that could go with this build? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2rood

Is there any recommendation? I really like the ASUS Rampage IV Extreme but my CPU isn't supported and everyone is telling me that I should use that CPU over the 4820K.

I'm assuming this is a gaming rig. What features do you absolutely need on your mobo? Are aesthetics important to you? Because in terms of gaming performance, you won't get any benefit from buying a $400 mobo, over a $130 one. All you need is a good quality mobo that has the features you absolutely need. You can check out this simple vid to see what I'm saying: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeuJAOVRoA0

This. I shake my head every time I see a $300 board going into a build that isn't going to take advantage of it's extreme features. But, if you are going to be using all the bells and whistles, the Maximus is a great board.

Mainly for 3D rendering/but partly of gaming as well. I just love the look of the motherboard. I saw the video and decided to replace the motherboard with something else, but which should I use?
