Transfer windows 7 to a new build

I am building a new pc and my old pc has got windows 10 on but that was from that free upgrade.

I still have the windows 7 key sticker on my desktop. Would I be able to download a windows 7 installer for my new pc and use that same windows 7 key?

If yes how would i go about making a windows 7 boot disk or usb?

Just another added expense that people need to remember when considering building your own , stuff add's up . I would go with Linux since i cannot tolerate Win 10 in any form and i tried to like it but after many months i began to hate it more and more lol .
