Hi this is my first time building a computer and just wanted some opinions on the parts I chose or any faults with compatibility I might have missed. I chose these parts with the goal of best value for its price. Will be used mostly for gaming and browsing (league and dota). Thank you!

Intel's only CPU's worth buying these days are the 7700k, and the G4560. By going with the Ryzen 5 1400, you save $100 over the 7600k and cooler. I went with a fairly simple, good looking MOBO, but if you liked the Asus Prime board that you originally had, there's a version of it for Ryzen. The 570 I've picked out will give you about 90% of the performance of a 1060, for $70 less. Plus, Freesync is fantastic when you get a Freesync capable monitor. I always recommend an S340 case for most builds, because it's a great case for it's price, and looks fantastic. I didn't include the KB+M. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

why pay the OC tax on a processor, if you aren't going to get a mobo that allows you to OC?
