Just wondering if I have an adequate PSU for my build.

I hope to do some overclocking

adequate? not exactly. it's overkill. around 3x what this pc would actually draw during a gaming load taking into account the hard drives and fans. in general this build seems way overpriced for the performance it offers. not to mention having budget series psu in a tower that's about $2k...hmm...

Much mroe than enough. a 450W PSU would do perfectly here.

What changes would you suggest?

what's your specific use for this? just a typical gaming computer? what resolution will you be playing at? in general, the ram, SSD (though this one is top end, it isn't a huge difference in real word speed with other M.2 drives) and the cpu cooler are very pricey. the case fans aren't good buys in general and are themselves overpriced.

I plan on doing some photo and video editing and gaming. My current camera records in 1080p but eventually want to upgrade to 4K. Monitor is also 1080p but want to have my build ready for 4K when I upgrade.

It's my first build so I appreciate the feedback.

I see. the 7700k/GTX 1060 is an optimal combo for 1080p medium-high settings gaming, but this is not a 4k ready build. not gaming for 4k sure. far as video editing you might be better getting a cpu with more threads.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll get back to the drawing board to optimize this build
