$2000-2500 Gaming/General Use computer. First custom rig. Please help.

Hello I need a little help putting together a parts list for a Gaming rig that I'd like to build in the coming year.

My budget will fall at about $2000-2500, and I live in the US. I want to be able to upgrade the system relatively painlessly as new technology comes out and my own circumstances allow.

To that end I'm looking to go with a z270/Kabylake system.

This motherboard seems to be my best bet in that regard. ASRock - Z270 SuperCarrier ATX LGA1151 Motherboard- https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rbZ2FT/asrock-z270-supercarrier-atx-lga1151-motherboard-z270-supercarrier

Other than that I have no preferences and do not care all that much about aesthetics. I also do not building with future upgrades in mind. For instance starting with a cheaper monitor, or other peripherals. So long as the builds core functionality will allow me to expand in the future. Thank you for your help.

Mostly for gaming, but I would like to be able to run various design software, Auto desk, Adobe Creative Suite, ect. I have a decentish monitor now, that should work for a while until I can afford something a little nicer. I would like to eventually be able to run games in 4k. A disk drive is not really necessary. Thank you guys.
