Power Supply making a buzzing noise sometimes!

I've plugged my PSU to an AVR and suddenly it made a buzzing noise. Then I plugged it in our wall outlet then it stopped for 2-3 days then it started buzzing again and now I've plugged it in the AVR again and the noise stopped again. Does anyone know what that means? (Btw My GTX 1060 is faulty right now and I've placed an RMA so I don't know if the faulty GPU is the problem)
