Basically what the title says. My friend created and bought the parts in this list a week ago and I found out only a few days ago when he showed me pictures and the parts. I told him the parts he chose were really iffy but he said they were fine, so I'd like some other opinions on it.

How about the PSU? He said he plans to overclock, but it's only a 400w unit and it's not even 80+

If they overclock on that PSU they will almost certainly cause too large of ripples during gameplay resulting in crashing. EVGA is garbage if you use a dedicated GPU up until around the B3 series and above.
