A 980 or 970, or 980 Ti will do me well if there are no 10th generation nvidia GPU cards that have good refurbished/used deals.
Your help is appreciated :)
Hmm, the cheapest GTX 1060 6GB costs $265 NEW*
There is a used GTX 970: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00NJ9BJ8G/ref=dp_olp_0?ie=UTF8&condition=all&qid=1505402658&sr=1-1

Any used TITAN X's? (Maxwell)
Amazon deals from what iv'e seen are not as good as craigslist or other places, from what iv'e seen on craigslist 970's go for $150-$170 and 980's $180-$220
Does Craigslist Ship internationally or it just depends on the seller? I might try to find a cheap used 980/980 Ti or a EVGA Superclocked GeForce TITAN X (Maxwell, I might use the generation 9 cards to build a hackintosh or dual boot OSX and Windows 10).
Craigslist is just local sales and that's all i would trust, if you are looking for a 980ti wait till then end of the year cause they have gone up a bit cause of mining.
I found a cheap Maxwell EVGA Superclocked GeForce GTX Titan X on Ebay, going for $500. I already have a 500 GB HDD and a H170 MOBO from ASUS (CSM PRO), and I also found a 6700 on ebay for a sweet $230.
Looks like some ok deals, are you going to be video editing cause if not the titan x makes no sense.
I'm gonna use it for Video Editing and Gaming. If not, then for the Long Run.
I put a part list together here and I was wondering if it was good:

For the CPU, I won't be overclocking but I will be using Liquid Cooling instead of Air so I can have some space for the RAM. The MOBO is still in pristine top notch condition (I have it with me as well as the HDD) and the HDD is hard one (2 Years of Survival). The GPU is Maxwell so I could turn it into a Hackintosh or at least try dual booting OSX and Windows.
The Entire Setup is fine by me since its a very big jump from a Chromebook.
