response to both of you: i am new too computers and i was recommended this motherboard. After asking around for recommendations, many people said to get a motherboard that supports SLI so if i needed it in the future. Also, this is a budget build so keep that in mind. I don't know why not a 4670k haha.

Sorry didn't really look at the board fully. It only supports crossfire not sli.

Ok now I'm not sure.gigabytes website and this one saids no support for sli. Now if you read some of the comments on newegg one person saids they are running sli and it works.
