There is a reason that it is cheap.

Corsair - CXM 450W https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FQ648d/corsair-power-supply-cp9020101na would be alot better.

Pretty much this. But if you’re spending over 1k on a build, you typically want an even better unit. Like the BitFenix whisper or the SeaSonic FOCUS.
