Is the PSU enough

Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LQgXCy

So I have bought these parts and will putting it together around Christmas, but upon looking more into it, I am question if the PSU is enough. PCPartPicker says that my computer would draw 291 watts with everything included and I've heard to get a PSU up to 1.5x to 2x the power of the computer, but I feel like the estimation is too low and that I really need a better PSU. Is this PSU enough for the computer, if so is overclocking the parts pushing the limits?

Thanks!

More then enough.

A System with a AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 and a gtx 1080 pulls only 255W MAX at stock speed during gaming. https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/Ryzen_5_1400/18.html

So with a gtx 1060 in your system you will have more then enough room for overclocking.

And that is more like 230W that the system itself is using.

You would be lucky to break 200W.

I've heard to get a PSU up to 1.5x to 2x the power of the computer

Which is due to a huge misunderstanding about efficiency. People say that PSU's are more efficient at around 50% load which is true for some PSU's but the difference in efficiency at like 50% load and like 70% load or anything else is going to be literally pennies a month with like a 2% difference in efficiency.
