I have new pc and I have old hard drive in original state plugged into MOBO as secondary drive and now I have access to it from OS. Do you guys maybe know where could I find my certificates for bank that were saved and used in internet explorer on old drive is this even possible or do I need to plug it in as primary drive ?

It would be easier to user the drive as primary, extract the info and transfer it to your new drive, then use it as secondary. There is a way to transfer it without switching the drives, but it is likely simpler to do the switch.
