PC wont start for first boot (CPU related)

Hey all. So just built this today: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/whosthisalan/saved/D32YrH

Went to start up and barely anything happens. The mobo lights up for a second (along with the cpu debug LED) and then turns off. The light on the gpu near the 6 slot stays on but thats really it. No fans or anything working.

This is my first time building so I figure it's gotta be cpu related but confused because others online with similar problems still seem to get everything else working.

What would be the best course of action?

Thanks.

Did you make sure to plug in the 4+4 pin CPU power connector? (Usually close to the cpu socket and closer to the edge of the Mobo).
