weird internet problem

so when i plug in my computer charger the internet works fine but when i plug it out the internet does not work. i even turned it off in power saving. how do i fix this

  • Right click on the Battery icon in the Taskbar and select Power Options.
  • Click on Change plan settings next to your selected power plan and in the following window, click on Change advanced power settings.
  • Expand 'Wireless Adapter Settings' and then expand 'Power Saving Mode'.
  • Click on the entry 'On Battery' and then in the dropdown box, select Maximum Performace.
  • Click Apply and Ok to save these new settings.
  • Restart the notebook.
