Basically, on pcpartpicker, it says that the Intel version of the TridentZ memory will work with my set up (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QLps6X), but in this article, https://wccftech.com/gskill-amd-ryzen-optimized-trident-z-rgb-ddr4-memory/ it says there is a AMD version of this memory. Will the Intel version work?
It will probably work, but not at 3000MT/s.
Likely will have to run 2666-2933. If not on the motherboard QVL you may have to manually configure some settings to get it running right.
An "AMD" specific kit would probably have Samsung B die and 2400/2666/2800/2933/3200MT/s. (Ryzen doesn't support a multiplier that lands on 3000).
