So I helped build my cousins PC yesterday, he got windows and then he got a BSOD error saying "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT".

He has a Ryzen 3 1300X, a Samsung 850 evo, and a 1050ti

Is the system overclocked?

No

I'd say try loading the BIOS defaults and see if that fixes the problems.

Is there a button/buttons that can just mass change everything to default settings? Or do i have to do all of them manually?

I remember there being a setting in the BIOS where it says "reset to defaults"

Alright, i checked my CPU and saw no visible bent pins, so if resetting the bios doesn't work, what can i try next?
