I've been told windows 7 is actually better than windows 10,is it?

Also, is there a way to uninstall windows 7 from a computer?

Thanks

So would it be legal to take a used windows 7 disk and use it to upgrade to windows 10, so windows 7 is still only on one computer?

One license = one system.

Feel free to read through the EULA for verification.

So even if I remove the OS form one system, it has technically been on it's one system and can't be put on another?

That is correct. According to Microsoft's ToS, you can't transfer an OEM license (meaning the license that came with your computer) to another. Now, if you purchased a different product key or purchased n OS separate from the computer, then I believe that you can move it.
