Problem 1: Ram is underperforming at around 2133MHz. Problem 2: GPU is underperforming at around 139MHz, and fans never seem to work unless I go into Precision XOC manually. Problem 3: EVGA Precision XOC+LED Sync won't run on start-up, always asks for administrator.

I have done lots of my own common troubleshooting. I have been trying to get this to work since Boxing Day and can't seem to figure out the issue.

Everything runs super groggy and slow which shouldn't happen on a new PC. Keep in mind I am not very technical so I do not understand BIOS stuff. I just know to keep it updated.

Things I have tried: -updating all drivers -switching/removing ram -trying hdmi/dp slots

What do you mean when you say "ram is under performing at around 2133"? This is the base speed, so have you set the 3200 overclock (and possibly ram timings) in the bios or elsewhere? Are the ram chips you got certified for your motherboard?

So how do I tell if I am getting the speed I advertised, yes they are.

Ram speed is shown in Windows task manager amongst other places, if that's what you're asking.

Your motherboard doesn't look very good and likely isn't compatible with your 3200 xmp ram profile. You can try to manually overclock your ram, but you'll probably get stuck at 2666 speed.

It's the best mid-high end available. It is compatible with 3200 ram, and wouldn't have an xmp profile in the bios if it wasn't compatible.

It's really not though. If you look at the vendor support list it is super high end ram, like 3800 speed ram, hitting 3200 on this board.

This is the base speed for DDR4. This is completely normal.

So how can I tell if it even gets to the speed I paid for? Even with XMP enabled it doesn't change anything.

This is completely normal under idle. Under load the core clock will boost upwards. EVGA builds their cooling designs around a semi-passive fan design, so the fans likely wont start until the GPU temperature (or, since your card has iCX technology, memory or power temperature) reaches a certain point.

Oh wow that's new. This is my first build in 5 years so that's nice to see. Although sometimes one fan works, and the other doesn't. Not sure if that's normal. Sometimes out of nowhere it will blast up to 1700MHz, and 5000MHz as well.

Happens to me too. Completely normal.

Is the EVGA client supposed to be so slow? Is there a way to remove the administrator popup? Considering I am always logged in administrator. It's just really annoying.

What are the temperatures on your CPU?

Everything is running really cool but it's running at about 25C
