PC buffers/ freezes while idle?

Recently my old gaming pc has started to have an issue. First of all, every morning when I turn on the pc, it makes this weird noise... can't explain it, but it doesn't sound good or normal. Second of all, This damn pc keeps on freezing up on me if I leave it idle (when I'm watching youtube videos it freezes and then goes back to normal on a constant basis). What do you think the problem might be? Here's the build just in case if you guys need the information: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Policeofficer15/saved/RKfCmG

If it's old, blow out the dust with some compressed air. Giver her a good old cleaning! Noise typically comes from moving parts. Start with fans.
