If i can boot into bios, can i be assured all crucial components are installed properly and not faulty?

If you can boot into bios there's a pretty good chance all your important parts are installed correctly. In bios you can see all the components attached (cpu, memory, storage, fans).

As for faulty, you can test them all to make sure they're working properly. Stress tests etc.
