Questions of Compatibility Notes in my Build

So, I would like to know what the compatibility notes mean. The notes are:

-The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.

-The motherboard M.2 slot #2 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.

Here's my build, if somethings wrong! https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZTKQ7W Thanks, in advance!

The notes are kinda vague on this because different mobos handle it differently. So you need to read the manual for the mobo to know for sure how it'll react to different situations. (you can download the manual from the support tab on the website typically)

for that mobo: if you use the top m.2 slot that is next to the CPU -> SATA ports #4 and #5 are disabled. (either mode of operation in the m.2 slot will do this according to the manual)

if you use the middle m.2 slot in SATA mode -> SATA port #0 is disabled

if you use the middle m.2 slot in PCIe mode -> does not affect SATA port usage

if you use the bottom m.2 slot (only works in PCIe mode) -> the bottom x16 slot which is only at max connected as a x4, will operate as x2. (probably not planning to use that slot anyway)

Bonus fun: if you use the lowest x1 PCIe slot -> SATA port #1 is disabled

not entirely true. This depends on the mobo and how its setup.

Always need to read the manual in order to know for that particular mobo. In this case depending on which slot, depends if the mode matters for disabling SATA ports or not.
