Trouble starting my newly built PC

I have currently put together a new build of mine including -coffeelake i7 8700k -asus Z370-A -corsair HX750i -16gb corsair vengeance 2400hz ram -corsair h100 v2 240mm cpu cooler -corsair 750D case -gigabyte 1050ti 6gb (planning to upgrade) I have encountered a problem when turning this build on for the first time, i switch the psu’s power button to on and my mouse and keyboard automatically light up before i even turn my system on with the case power button. After i click the power button on the case the case fans/gpu fan/cpu fans all start spinning. Meanwhile nothing gets displayed on my monitor and my mouse and keyboard are almost in a frozen state. The LED’s are on but dont display or do anything when i click the mouse or press the keys. Can anyone help me with this one? Been scratching my head for awhile about it?

Do you mind posting a link to the build? It'll be easier to tell whats wrong.

It should be working, you may have a faulty product as there are no incompatibility issues as far as I can see.

Remove your gpu and connect your display to the motherboard and see if you get a signal. Unless you enable in on most motherboards you won't get a signal through the mobo chipset while a gpu is connected unless you enable it in bios. Also there is no such thing as a 1050ti 6gb.

HDMI through the GPU to the display? Try running directly from your mobo and see if you get a display.
