Hi all, I am looking to buy a GTX 1080 and I currently have this psu https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Cfw323/corsair-power-supply-cx600 do you think it will be ok for it? I currently have 16gb DDR4 @ 2133 hz and a i5 6500 which I will be upgrading to a Ryzen 2700 soon. for the time I have had it it has been great but wondered if I should upgrade it now? I will not be planning on overclocking any of my parts. Many Thanks

Yes, you can SLI 1080s off of 600w.

The PSU isn’t the safest or the greatest but it’ll be fine, personally I wouldn’t risk thousands of dollars worth of components to a faulty PSU.

Does it have enough wattage? Yes. But I wouldn’t use it. It’s a lousy unit.
