What one should i pick?

I don't really want to go into water cooling as of now because it is abit too much hassle and I am fearful of putting water so close to pricey electronics. So i know the hyper 212 evo is one of the best for its price, and it is certainly very popular. But what is the best air cooler for under £100 (preferably under £70) looks aren't everything but the noctua fans are just too unattractive, i'd like something that would go in with a black and gold colour scheme!

If Noctua is too ugly for you, try looking into Phanteks coolers

Is this a good CPU cooler? I've read good things about it and it looks nice enough.

Decent, but there's better out there. For that amount of money, you could easily get a Noctua or a h100i. There's really no danger to placing an AIO water cooler in your system. The risk becomes higher when you do your own custom loop however.

I feel like a h100i would substantially increase costs over that cooler?

Corsair h100i is about 100 bucks in the US, and 80 pounds in the UK. It does outperform the Noctua though.

I've heard the fans that come with the h100i are loud and not great, is this true? Or are they acceptable.

Here you go, no doubt one of the best under 70. You can get it in blue as well.

The zalman is cheaper and will perform better, that being said the cooler you show here isn't bad you could just spend less and get more.
