PC dead after adding wireless

The prebuilt dell computer that I worked hard for just died after a day of adding in a new wireless adapter. It started with blue screens when I was playing csgo, then I reseated the adapter and boom doesn't turn on.

Take the adaptor out.

This sounds like a classic bad driver issue. Which adaptor is it?

Should I uninstall the driver?

Yeah absolutely, did you manually install it or did Windows find it for you?

Hopefully you can boot?
