with the information given, a re-install (fresh & clean) of windows 10 could solve the problem.

What about the liscense key I already used? Can I use it again? Or it's gone?

Ok, my suggestion:

You either burn the newest iso-image to a DVD or you configure a bootable USB drive and extract the image there.

Once you got an external solution (DVD or USB-drive) you enter your bios and change the order of bootable drives. Put CD-Drive and USB on top and the SSD at last. Now restart with the DVD or USB plugged in, windows will guide you through the installation.

I hope this helps.

Can I just delete system 32? On my command prompt? Then I just do my windows installation again?
