The motherboard might need a bios update to work with the Ryzen 2000 series

I literally just had the same issue reassembled the thing multiple times. I made a stupid mistake and didn’t connect my 2nd motherboard power cable to the 8 pin connector on the motherboard. I was only putting in the 24 pin connector on the mobo. When I read the mobo manual it said the 8 pin was meant for oc so I thought it wasn’t needed but I was wrong. As soon as I popped it in everything went smooth. I just looked at pics of your mobo make sure your 8 pin is connected at the top left of your mobo from the psu. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Zeroflln/saved/2YdKZL

Oh I see exactly what your problem is. You most likely have everything connected properly, your issue is that you are using an unsupported cpu -- you need a bios update.

Here is the exact warning from your part lists: "Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Raven Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions."
