Will I need thermal paste for this cooler?

I'm going to get an Intel Core i7-4770K and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Will I need thermal paste? or would you recommend a different cooler? Here is the whole list of parts if anyone needs it. Honestly, I think water cooling would look better in my build but I'm not quite sure how to go about that.

It comes with stock thermal paste, so you won't need to buy extra.

Oh perfect.. Do you think for my build that I should use water cooling or the Evo. In my opinion, water coolers look more aesthetically pleasing but I'd rather not sacrifice performance for looks.

Water cooling performs the same or slightly better than a decent air cooler. It all depends on which one you get

Unless you are pushing the overclocking to extreme, you probably wont see much difference in temps between those 2 coolers. Setup is very easy on both of them. The water cooler obviously costs a lot more and is a little better if you are OCing a lot. I don't see why you would need to do anything right now because that cpu is already super fast (maybe a few years down the road, idk).

For every cooler, you always need to add thermal paste. If you ever need to remove old paste, just use a paper towel and nail polish remover.
