Since you've ordered it, I wouldn't change a thing. (I would have before ordering, but it's probably not worth canceling the shipment.)

Probably not. If one needs it, they know they do. If you're unsure, you probably don't need it. If this PC is for gaming, then definitely no need for an NMVe drive (which you call M.2, but you really mean NMVe as M.2 is just a form factor, while NVMe is the interface that is faster than the regular SATA III interface).

I hope you get a good board their a lot of user reviews on that board with problems or DOA to many to be just a run of bad boards.
