Monitor no signal

Everything in my pc appears to be working, gpu lights are on and all fans are spinning, but my monitor keeps saying no signal (DVI) this has happened once before, and then it somehow fixed itself. system specs fx6300 @4.0 msi rx 470 x 8gb @ 1700 and 2000 core and mem 10 gb ddr3 ram NOTE: RIGHT BEFORE THIS ISSUE OCCURED, I OCd THE RAM FROM 1600 to 1866. after the reset, the monitor would not recieve signal. HOWEVER. this has happened before, and i didnt tinker with the ram that time. msi 970a gaming pro carbon ac hyper 212 evo seagate barracuda 1tb please help me, thank you!

First thing I would try is to reset CMOS.
