"ROG STRiX Z370-E" PC not going to BIOS. Found an error light tho...

So, I've got a ROG STRiX Z370-E gaming MB. On the board there are 4 LEDs. "Boot, VGA, DRAM, CPU" Apparently they stay lit if there's an error. The only light still lit is the "DRAM" light. Before I noticed the light I rechecked all connections and then also the CPU. Knowing there's a RAM error, I pulled and replaced both RAM cards, and also tried booting with just one card...double checked manual to make sure I have the right configuration. RAM is Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000 (which is supported by the MB). Any advice for me? Thanks!!
