Hello,

Run Windows 10 audio troubleshooter. Troubleshoot audio playback option under Hardware and sound, see if it will fix your issue.

Run a virus scan.

Use the system file checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files.

system file checker : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833/en-us

Check "device manager" for drivers issues, such as, red exes or yellow exclamation marks present.

If system restore is enabled, try setting a restore date to a time before the issue started.

You can also try uninstalling the audio driver, reboot and let Windows 10 install a generic driver to test audio, if it fixes the problem, then do as "Jack Heywood" suggested and download the latest audio driver from the motherboards website.

Boot the computer in safe mode and check if the issue persists. Follow these steps to start the computer in safe mode. If the problem does not exist in safe mode, try to perform a clean boot and check.

safe mode: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

clean boot: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

Next step would be "reset this PC" be sure choose to save your personal information.

reset: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026528/windows-reset-or-reinstall-windows-10

Hope this helps.
