So I just built a new pc with no graphics card. I have integrated graphics. I just finished building it, but it wont turn on. I tested the current coming from the 24 pin and it seems fine, i dont know how to test the other cables however. None of the fans spin the cooler doesn’t spin, no lights turn on, the case doesn’t even light up. I have no idea what could be the issue. Ive tried everything. The psu is on, but when I turn it on I hear a subtle electrical current start when I press the on button, but nothing happens. Please help

Yes, found the problem, the PSU was broken, swapped it out for another psu I had and it worked fine. Passed by best buy and bought a evga one. Not ideal but good enough.
