I just finished building my pc and I’m trying to install Windows 10. I downloaded the windows media creation tool to a USB and when I plug it in the red light flashes so I know the USB port itself is working. However when I go into my bios or try a flash boot there is no detection of any usb.

My current set up is: Ryzen 5 1600, G.Skill 16gb 3200mhz, WD 500gb M.2 ssd, ASRock AB350 Pro4, EVGA gtx 1080, Seasonic 650w gold

Thank you for looking

... bios ... no detection of any usb.

Just plug in the USB flash drive in another system that is up and running.
If still not detected, defective USB flash drive.

It was showing up on my other computer and was brand new. Went out and bought another usb drive and it’s working now.
