Help troubleshooting custom build

Being brave I decided to go ahead and build my own computer based on recommendations from this community. Here are the parts I purchased: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/y3xNYT

I decided to test the components outside the case: 1. Put motherboard on its anti static wrap. 2. Installed cpu 3.Installed cpu cooler. (This took way longer than I expected.) 4. Installed RAM. 5. Installed GPU in the top Pcie slot. It doesn’t seem to be very stable in the slot, but the latch does catch. 6. Plugged in the power

When I turn on he power the moherboard lights up but none of the fans turn on. All the components are solid except the the graphics card which is wobbly. I can’t find any support for a wobbly 1070gtx.

I’m uncertain how to proceed. Any tips for me?

Thanks, Ebbq

Turns out my testing was a bad plan. It all came together easily in the case.
