Caselabs recently announced that they were shutting down due to tariffs wreaking havoc on their profit margins. Thoughts? Questions? Answers?
It wasn't as much Caselabs as their parent company went bankrupt because of a major account default, and they were unable to reach a buyout agreement for the Caselabs brand.
Tariffs would have resulted in higher pricing which giving their market wouldn't have mattered on the Caselabs side, but losing money you were owed and planned on having to pay bills will sink any company.
My thoughts are as follows... damn tariffs.
You seem to have missed the original RIP CaseLabs train.
I would guess that eventually a company will rise up to replace their position in the market if there really is a lot of demand for it. It may be kind of sad, but I couldn’t afford any of their cases anyway.
